The Cruise was SO FUN!!! It was an awesome time of relaxation and fellowship! I'm so thankful to God for the wonderful time of rejuvination! I had the opportunity to reunite with old friends and make some new ones. Thank you for your prayers! There were a couple of rainy days but other than that it was a perfect vacation! Here are some pictures....
Our first port was Nassau. I spent the day with a couple of friends and we toured the Atlantis Hotel, walked on Cabbage Beach, and shopped at the Straw Market. We took some of the vendor's advice and ate Pea Soup from a local lady who sold soup and banana chips from an ice cream truck type of thing. (It wasn't the best thing I've ever tasted!) It was a great day!

This is the Lido Deck on the boat...it always had fun music and lots of people! I liked to lay out on the back of the boat looking at the water with all of the older people because it was more relaxing and I could listen to my own music...haha. My favorite night on the cruise was the night of the Deck Party. There was a live Carribean band and everyone was salsa dancing - and of course the Mexican food was amazing!!

A small picture of our boat taken from our second port, St. Thomas Island. On this day, a group of about 20 of us decided to spend the entire day at the beach laying out, swimming, and playing ultimate frisbee! We took a taxi to a place called Meagan's Bay and this picture was taken on the way back to the boat. We were still a good 10 minutes away. Our cruise ship was the Carnival Valor...their largest ship.

Every night the ship put on huge productions in their theater and we would always get there early to get the best seats. This is my friend Adam and I goofin' off while we were waiting for the show. Also, there were waitors all over the place that would ask you if you needed anything about every 10 minutes...it was awesome. Adam and I always ordered specialty fruit drinks and chocolate-covered strawberries for the show!
We had six people sitting at our dinner table that overlooked the water. Matt, Dominic, and I always sat on the same side. Two other girls and Dominic's brother, Mike, sat on the other side. We had such a wonderful time together that other people from the ministry would come and ask us what was so funny every night! Dinner was definately one of my favorite memories from the cruise.

After the shows every night, the Eagle's Lounge would open for Kareoke at around 10:30 and last until 1 am. This was a common place to find Living Proof members! We blew the rest of the Kareoke contestants away! This is a picture of Jenny, Steven, (fellow green team members) and myself with a front row couch.

With the job of entertaining kids all day and traveling in the van at night, we dont get the opportunity to really dress up very often! This is some of the green team members on Formal Night.

Me and Matt. We toured on the same team together last year and became great friends! When you spend a whole year with someone and then a whole year never seeing them you begin to have withdrawels! haha. Matt and I decided to spend some time catching up this cruise and we had alot of fun! This is us at Kareoke.
